ProductFlow review
A commerce-focused PIM for small merchants managing marketplace listings.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
ProductFlow combines product information management with marketplace and webshop integrations, inventory, order, warehouse, and repricing tools. It is aimed at small and mid-market e-commerce businesses, particularly sellers managing product content, prices, delivery times, and orders across channels such as Amazon, bol.com, Shopify, and eBay. The platform centralizes product information, supports product families and base-product templates, and includes multilingual translation workflows through connected translation agencies.
The published monthly plans are based on product volume and include ProductFlow Repricer. The 100-products plan costs €50 per month, followed by €100 for 1,000 products, €200 for 5,000, €290 for 10,000, €375 for 15,000, and €450 for 20,000 products. A 14-day free trial is available, but there is no free plan. This structure gives smaller catalogs a lower entry tier while allowing merchants to move into higher product limits as their assortment grows.
ProductFlow’s strongest distinction is its commerce-operations breadth: automatic synchronization, bulk content editing, AI-assisted suggestions, automated repricing, and inventory management sit in one cloud platform. Its listed integrations include Amazon, Google Shopping, Facebook, WooCommerce, Conrad, MediaMarkt, Shopify, Back Market, Instagram Shopping, Lightspeed, Magento, Shopware, and Odoo. That focus suits merchants who need coordinated marketplace operations more than a governance-heavy PIM. Businesses prioritizing DAM, approval workflows, or data-quality rules should consider a more specialized alternative. Support is available by email and phone, and deployment is web-based.
