ProcurementExpress.com is cloud-based purchase order software for finance and purchasing teams that need control from purchase request through approval, ordering, invoicing, and payment tracking. It supports request forms with suppliers, budgets, items, prices, quantities, tax, notes, and attachments, alongside purchase-order management, supplier records, and budget visibility. Web, iOS, and Android access are available, with an API for connected systems. The product is suited to organizations managing structured purchasing, including grant-funded or multi-source spending.
Pricing is arranged across four plans. Basic costs $415 per month and includes self-service setup, QuickBooks integration, one company, basic reporting, and management of up to $10k per month. Better costs $900 per month and adds Sage 50 integration, Amazon Punch-Outs, standard reporting, and management of up to $1m per month. Best costs $2,550 per month and adds a dedicated implementer, Sage 200 integration, up to five companies, and 100+ store Punch-Outs. Enterprise includes an account manager, NetSuite and Dynamics integrations, unlimited companies, Amazon Punch-Outs, and 100+ store Punch-Outs. A 7-day free trial is available, and the pricing page states a 10-user minimum.
The strongest fit is a larger team that needs detailed approval logic, budget controls, supplier collaboration, and purchasing integrations in one system. Approval flows can use conditions, multiple approvers, parallel approvals, and reorderable steps. PunchOut purchasing turns online shopping carts into draft purchase orders, while the supplier portal supports purchase-order viewing and invoice uploads. Invoice OCR, scan and match, three-way matching, custom dashboards, REST API access, and webhooks extend the workflow. Smaller organizations with simple purchasing needs may find the monthly entry price and plan structure excessive.
