ProcureDesk is a procurement and accounts payable automation platform for finance teams, controllers, and mid-market organizations. It brings purchase requests, configurable approval workflows, purchase orders, receiving, supplier records, invoice matching, OCR, budgets, expense receipts, payments, and spend visibility into one system. Its mobile and email approvals suit distributed stakeholders, while supplier catalogs and ERP synchronization support organizations with structured purchasing processes.

Pricing is organized across three tiers. Startup costs $830 per month with annual billing and includes 10 users, requests, purchase orders, receiving, invoices, approval workflows, basic three-way matching and OCR, budget tracking, spend analysis, and integrations with QuickBooks, Xero, and Bill.com. Growth costs $1,250 per month with annual billing and includes 20 users, advanced three-way matching, unlimited OCR, supplier onboarding with EIN/W-9, SSO, 2FA, and integrations with NetSuite, Sage Intacct, and Microsoft Business Central. Enterprise uses custom pricing and adds unlimited requisitioners, a supplier self-service portal, risk management, AI invoice classification and GL coding, approval auto-escalation, SAP S/4HANA, and unlimited PunchOuts. A 14-day trial is available.

The platform’s main advantage is breadth: it connects requisitioning, supplier management, purchasing, receiving, invoice controls, budgets, and accounting synchronization rather than focusing on a single procurement task. It supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, with integrations including Microsoft Dynamics 365 and Slack alongside accounting and ERP systems. Teams that need mobile approvals, PunchOut catalogs, and connected finance workflows should consider ProcureDesk. Smaller organizations with limited purchasing complexity or a lower starting budget may find its paid structure harder to justify.
