Prezi is visual communication software for creating interactive presentations, infographics, videos, and AI-assisted visual content. Its zoomable canvas is designed for educators, trainers, sales teams, marketers, and other professionals presenting to live, remote, or asynchronous audiences. Alongside presentation tools, it includes templates, charts, maps, infographics, media assets, image editing, animations, collaboration, comments, permissions, and brand kits for logos, fonts, colors, and branded templates.
Pricing follows a freemium model, with a free plan and a 14-day free trial. The Standard plan costs $7 per user per month when billed annually and includes unlimited projects, advanced privacy options, and presentations, videos, and infographics. Plus costs $19 per user per month billed annually and adds unlimited Prezi AI, PowerPoint import, premium images, PDF export, presentation recording, and privacy control for unlimited projects.
