A free, offline-first church presentation app for lyrics, Scripture and services.

Prezans is a free desktop presentation and live-production application for small churches. It brings song lyrics, chord support, live transposition, Bible passages, audience screens and stage displays into one service workflow. Worship teams can also stream to YouTube, record services locally, manage a songbook and use a companion mobile app for service following, song access and rehearsal audio. Its offline-first design suits churches that need presentations to continue working without an active internet connection after activation.
Pricing is straightforward: the Free plan includes all features, has no subscription, does not use a trial period and requires no card. That makes Prezans a practical option for teams that want the full feature set without separating core functions into paid tiers. The software also includes daily backups and restore, plus service recovery, which are relevant to recurring services and volunteer-led production. Teams should account for the activation step before relying on offline operation.
The strongest fit is a Windows or macOS worship team moving from another presentation system or consolidating lyrics, Scripture and service outputs. Imports are supported from ProPresenter, EasyWorship, OpenLyrics, ChordPro and plain text, while YouTube covers live streaming and local recording supports an offline archive. The narrower fit is a church that needs a broader integration ecosystem, other desktop platforms or Bible versions beyond KJV and Segond 1910. Choose Prezans for a free, focused church presentation workflow; consider an alternative when platform breadth or wider connectivity matters more than offline operation.
