Pratham POS Branded Website and App gives restaurants a branded web and mobile channel for direct pickup and delivery ordering. It is designed for hospitality operators using Pratham POS, with menus and pricing synchronized from the POS product file and orders flowing into the same queue as counter and QR orders. Restaurants can offer online payments and cash on delivery, real-time order notifications, custom-domain hosting with SSL, table reservations, loyalty programs, and centralized management for orders, menus and reports.
Pricing is structured around separate ordering and POS software options. Online Ordering setup provides a branded ordering website, while Online Ordering Mobile App adds a branded iOS and Android app for AUD 7 per month. The website has a stated AUD 300 one-off setup fee. Easy Pay — Software Only supports up to 3 terminals with cloud-hosted POS, with online ordering available as an add-on. Boost Pay — Software Only supports up to 5 terminals and adds online and QR-code ordering, with the branded mobile app available as an add-on. Smart Pay includes a multi-site dashboard, centralized menu synchronization and custom integrations; its app is included in custom scope.
The product’s strongest fit is a small restaurant that wants owned ordering channels without separating menus and order handling from Pratham POS. Integrations include Pratham POS, Uber Eats, payment gateways, delivery services and marketing tools, giving operators options around fulfillment and promotion. The trade-off is a narrow ecosystem fit: restaurants not using Pratham POS should consider another ordering platform, while businesses needing a broadly independent online-ordering system may find the POS dependency restrictive. The 14-day trial provides a defined evaluation period before committing.
