PPMP is practice management software for Australian physiotherapy and allied health practices, covering the operational work around appointments and patient care. Its scope includes an appointment diary, patient records, episode details, treatment and attendance notes, templates, body charts, billing, payments, receipts and patient accounting. It is suited to solo practitioners, multidisciplinary clinics and larger practice networks that need scheduling and clinical administration in one system, with cloud and locally installed options available.

The product’s strongest fit is its Australian claims and integration coverage. PPMP supports Medicare, DVA, WorkCover and third-party claims, while connections include WorkCover Queensland, Medicare Online, DVA, Tyro, HICAPS and LanternPay. Accounting workflows can connect with MYOB AccountRight and Xero, and patient-facing services include HealthEngine, MyHealth1st and Whitecoat. SMS reminders, bulk messaging and online bookings extend the scheduling workflow, while Physitrack provides exercise-program integration. More than 100 standard reports and automated cloud backups add operational coverage for practices that need reporting and continuity features alongside appointments.

PPMP uses paid plans with concurrent licensing rather than practitioner-based billing. Cloud options are organized from 1 user through 5 users, with a 6+ user option that directs buyers to contact sales; each lists a cloud solution and concurrent licensing. On-premises choices cover 1 licence and 2–5 licences, with a locally installed solution and concurrent licensing. A 30-day full-access demo gives practices time to review the workflow, but there is no permanent free plan. Choose PPMP if Australian claims, payment connections and broad practice administration are central requirements. Practices seeking a Windows-independent on-premises deployment, or a free ongoing option, should look elsewhere.
