PowerChurch Check In is a church attendance and child-security add-on for PowerChurch Plus and PowerChurch Online. It is designed for churches that need kiosk-based self-serve or manned check-in, printed identification materials, visitor registration, and attendance tracking. Churches can configure activities and stations, capture family or individual photos with a webcam, update family information, and monitor active attendance. Support for Windows, macOS, and a browser-based kiosk gives PowerChurch users both installed and online deployment paths.

Pricing is split between desktop and online options. New desktop users can choose the Standard Download plan for $189 one time or Standard Physical Media for $194 one time; both are PowerChurch Plus desktop add-ons. Existing users can choose Upgrade - Download for $99 one time or Upgrade - Physical Media for $104 one time. PowerChurch Online users can choose the Monthly Subscription at $18 per month or the Yearly Subscription at $198 per year. The online plans are specifically listed as check-in systems for PowerChurch Online, so the right choice depends on the PowerChurch environment already in place.

The strongest fit is a church that values barcode-heavy workflows and printed output. Express checkout, parent-label security codes, incident notes during checkout, claim tickets, bag tags, teacher-note labels, class rosters, active attendance counts, fire-drill reports, and attendance reports cover a broad operational range. Hardware support includes barcode scanners, label printers, webcams, and electronic pagers. Churches seeking a digital-badge experience or a standalone check-in product outside the PowerChurch ecosystem should look elsewhere. For PowerChurch users, however, the combination of self-serve and staffed modes with detailed attendance and security workflows makes it a focused choice.
