Founded in 2004, PoolCarePRO is web-based management software for pool service companies. It brings customer records, equipment details, service history, repairs, gate codes, photos, work orders, scheduling, reporting, recurring invoicing, and payments into one system. Technicians can update chemistry levels from mobile devices, while managers can handle notifications, permissions, accounting information, and route optimization. It is aimed at startup, small, mid-size, and larger regional pool-service businesses that want a long-established operating platform.

The paid plan structure is organized by team size. Pro supports 3 user accounts and is positioned for startup businesses; Premium supports 10 accounts for growing small businesses; Gold supports 20 accounts for mid-size businesses; and Platinum supports 40 accounts for larger regional enterprises. A 30-day trial is available without a credit card, and there is no free plan. The platform also covers recurring service plans, invoicing, customer portals, work orders, route scheduling, and chemical readings. Online credit-card and electronic-check payments are available as an add-on, which is important when comparing the expected operating cost.

PoolCarePRO connects with QuickBooks Online and Authorize.Net, giving it a focused ecosystem fit for accounting and payment workflows. Its broader feature set includes email and SMS notifications, user groups and permissions, reports for accounting, customers, services, and work orders, plus remote chemistry updates from mobile devices. The main trade-off is its web-only platform and limited published integration set. Businesses that need non-web deployment or a different connected software stack may prefer an alternative. Pool-service companies prioritizing established operations, route and work-order management, customer records, and recurring billing should find the plan structure easier to evaluate by team size.

    • Online payments are an add-on feature
    • Plans impose user-account limits from 3 to 40 accounts
