POINT is a volunteer management platform for nonprofits and other community organizations. It brings volunteer opportunity publishing, website widgets, registration, self-signup, shift scheduling, group scheduling, volunteer records, communications, hours tracking, reporting, and mobile access into one system. Volunteers can discover opportunities and sign up through the web platform or dedicated iOS and Android apps, while administrators manage programs, events, contacts, groups, and activity profiles from an administrative dashboard. It is best suited to growing nonprofits that need polished mobile workflows alongside a broad operational feature set.

Pricing follows a freemium structure. The Free plan is free forever and includes unlimited volunteers and administrators, signups and scheduling, event, contact, and group management, automated messaging and reminders, time tracking and reporting, plus a volunteer portal and mobile app. Pro costs $99 per month when billed annually and adds application management, program management, check-in kiosks and QR codes, recurring and ongoing opportunities, waiver management, and document storage. Teams costs $199 per month when billed annually and adds role-based access controls, admin task management, program segmentation, branded communication, multi-session onboarding, and team training. The Network plan is designed for multi-organization oversight, cross-organization impact tracking, centralized reporting, network-wide admin communication, and an aggregated opportunity feed. A 14-day free trial is also available.

POINT’s breadth is its main differentiator. Its feature set spans automated email, SMS, push notifications, reminders, custom registration fields, automatic, manual, and self-submitted hours, check-in, waivers, documents, and background-check workflows. Integrations and connections include website widgets, donor CRMs, fundraising tools, Kindful, Okta, Checkr, PayPal, Venmo, Givebutter, Donorbox, DonorPerfect, Donately, Facebook, X, and LinkedIn. Choose POINT if volunteer coordination, communications, reporting, and mobile participation need to live together. Organizations needing only basic signup and scheduling may find the paid-tier expansion unnecessary, while multi-organization teams should consider the Network structure.
