Podsqueeze is a web-based AI platform for podcasters, podcast managers, agencies and content creators. It converts podcast audio and YouTube videos into transcripts with speaker labeling and SRT export, then produces show notes, blog posts, newsletters and social content. It also creates short clips, audiograms and sub-60-second shorts for TikTok, Instagram and YouTube Shorts. Subtitle-based editing, audio enhancement, filler-word and silence removal, podcast websites, content folders and customizable AI results extend its use beyond basic transcription. It is best suited to creators who want one workflow for turning long-form episodes into multiple content formats.
The paid monthly plans scale by processing time, clip output and upload size. Starter costs $8.99 per month and includes 120 minutes, 8 video clips or audiograms, 4GB file uploads, unlimited uploads, unlimited YouTube conversions and a podcast website. Pro costs $49 per month, raises the allowance to 320 minutes and 20 clips or audiograms, supports uploads up to 10GB and adds podcast landing pages. Agency Lite costs $89 per month with 600 minutes and 40 clips or audiograms, alongside 10GB uploads and podcast landing pages. Enterprise Custom includes everything in Pro plus custom minutes, custom clips, priority support, feature requests, and team onboarding and training.
Its main strength is breadth: a single product covers transcription, written repurposing, short-form video, audiograms, audio cleanup and podcast publishing pages. Saved video templates and personalized AI results support repeatable content production. The tradeoff is that output remains plan-bound, especially on Starter, where eight clips or audiograms may be limiting for a frequent publishing schedule. Creators who need a higher monthly volume can move to Pro or Agency Lite, while organizations needing tailored limits and onboarding have an Enterprise Custom option. Podsqueeze fits teams seeking a broad podcast content workflow; it is less suitable for users focused only on occasional clipping or requiring uncapped monthly output.
