PodPitch is web-based software for PR professionals, agencies, in-house teams, and founders seeking podcast appearances. Its workflow covers podcast and contact discovery, AI-assisted pitch writing, email outreach, engagement tracking, follow-ups, and reply analysis. Campaign organization, team collaboration, and exports support teams managing outbound podcast efforts. The product is designed for people who want to build and operate pitch campaigns rather than participate in a two-sided guest marketplace.

PodPitch offers three paid plans: Lite allows 5 pitches per day, Standard allows 20 pitches per day, and Pro allows 50 pitches per day. The plans are presented with quarterly billing as the standard option and a monthly equivalent. Across the workflow, PodPitch can generate personalized drafts, send messages from the user’s own email address, track opens and replies, schedule automated follow-ups, and test intelligent subject-line variations. Outreach progress can also be exported to unbranded Excel files, while reply analysis identifies follow-up requirements.

Its strongest fit is outbound campaign management, especially when a team needs structured research, repeatable follow-ups, and visibility into replies. The focus is narrower than software that connects guests and hosts directly or coordinates interview calendars: PodPitch does not provide guest matching, a guest marketplace, or guest scheduling. Choose it if finding relevant shows and contacting hosts at scale is the main requirement. Consider another category tool if the priority is receiving guest opportunities, matching guests with podcasts, or managing booking times after a pitch succeeds.

PodPitch pros and cons

  • Where it wins
    • Searches podcast and contact databases for outreach targets
    • Uses AI to draft personalized pitches and test subject lines
    • Tracks replies and automates follow-ups from your own email
  • Where it doesn't
    • No guest marketplace or guest-matching workflow
    • Does not manage interview scheduling or calendars
    • Paid plans limit daily pitch volume by tier
