PodPair review
A human-reviewed marketplace for finding vetted B2B podcast guests and shows.
Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026
PodPair connects B2B podcast hosts with vetted expert guests across professional services, health and wellness, property, and related business sectors. Guests create profiles covering their expertise, sectors, and topics, while podcast hosts apply to list their shows. The web platform then supports curated matching based on sector, business skills, topic, audience positioning, and format. It is suited to hosts and guests who want reviewed introductions rather than an open, self-serve marketplace.
Pricing is structured around matching support. Lite costs £99 per month and includes a minimum of one curated match offer each month, a platform profile, an optional discovery call with an Account Manager, and a Match Guarantee. Max costs £299 per month and includes a minimum of three curated match offers each month, a two-hour working session, quarterly reviews, an enhanced profile with video and extra fields, and priority matching. Agency supports multiple guests under one arrangement, with consolidated billing and reporting plus a dedicated point of contact. Podcasters can list a podcast at no cost during beta and receive curated guest proposals and Account Manager support. VAT is charged at checkout.
The main distinction is the human review layer. PodPair's Account Managers review matches and coordinate introductions and briefings, while podcast applications and approvals add structure to the listing process. That approach should appeal to B2B guests and hosts who value fit across expertise, audience, and format and prefer guided coordination. The trade-off is scope: PodPair is a UK-only beta service and runs on the web, so it is less suitable for users seeking a broad international marketplace or a fully self-directed workflow. Choose it when curated, human-reviewed matching is more important than maximum marketplace breadth.
