PocketMap is an open-source PocketMine-MP plugin that turns Minecraft worlds into interactive web maps. It is aimed at server administrators who want players to view a live map through a browser rather than install a separate map client. The plugin supports full-world or regional rendering, world selection, zoom controls, online player locations, coordinate display, shareable map locations, and configurable markers.

Its strongest feature is the way the map stays current during server activity. PocketMap automatically renders newly loaded chunks and updates mapped chunks after players place or break blocks. Administrators can also choose between full-world and regional rendering commands, which gives smaller servers a way to focus map generation where it matters. Marker support covers icons, circles, polygons, and polylines, making the map useful for landmarks, boundaries, routes, and points of interest. The project is distributed under the GNU GPL version 3 and can be accessed through its web server.

PocketMap is a focused choice for PocketMine-MP servers that need a free, self-hosted, browser-based Overworld map with live updates. It is less suitable for teams that need offline access, 3D viewing, or established support for multiple dimensions: the current project notes identify only the Overworld as tested, with other dimensions remaining a future task. Choose PocketMap when lightweight live mapping and configurable markers matter more than broad dimension coverage or a hosted service. Consider an alternative if your server depends on Nether or End map support, offline viewing, or a different Minecraft server platform.
