Shared ticketing and chat start at $15 per seat monthly, but store integrations are coming soon.

Pleased is a cloud help desk for ecommerce brands, online retailers and marketplaces. It brings customer conversations from live chat, email, social, messaging and phone into a shared inbox, then turns them into tickets for team handling. Teams that want a common place to manage customer questions, including order, delivery, returns and refund requests, may find its multichannel scope relevant. Its monthly per-seat pricing starts at $15, and a 14-day free trial is available.
The plans add capabilities in steps. Core costs $15 per seat per month and includes live chat and ticketing, email and social channels, automations and routing, basic analytics, and a single brand. Grow is $45 per seat monthly, adding omnichannel support, custom roles and limits, and advanced reporting. Premium costs $88 and adds skill-based routing, an internal knowledge base, IVR functionality and high-scale performance. Enterprise is $150 per seat monthly, with AI chat and voice agents, dedicated infrastructure, SLA and audit logs, and white-glove onboarding. The published pricing also describes an annual option with a stated minimum discount of 20%.
The central ecommerce caveat is store connectivity: Shopify and WooCommerce integrations are listed as coming soon. Pleased does include rules and triggers, availability-based routing, and routing by store and language, alongside shared views, internal notes, a customer-facing knowledge base and analytics for support volume, response time and team performance. That gives teams tools to organize service work, but the upcoming store connections may matter to businesses that require direct ecommerce-platform integration. Small, mid-market and enterprise teams can consider it if multichannel ticket handling is the priority; teams whose workflow depends on a current Shopify or WooCommerce connection should look elsewhere until those integrations are available.
