Plattr is a web-based restaurant management platform for independent restaurants, cafés and bars, particularly in Germany and the EU. It combines digital QR and online menus, menu analytics, reservations, loyalty programs, marketing automation and a restaurant discovery guide. Its menu tools cover engagement, orders, sales impact, item performance, profitability, margins and placement decisions. The platform is available in English and German, with support for photos, allergens, multiple languages and currencies in its menus.

The free offering is the clearest entry point for restaurants seeking menu intelligence without a listed subscription charge. It includes menu engineering, profitability and margin decision support, recipe costing and AI menu import, alongside a Plattr Guide listing, Guide menu, reservations, restaurant profile and gallery, basic analytics and a menu QR code. Small adds loyalty programs for 500 members, Apple and Google Wallet cards, QR table ordering, AI menu recognition and staff management. Plus adds loyalty for up to 2,500 members, a booking system and widget, Swipe Menu with reels, SMS and push confirmations, and Insights Hub with Pulse and Menu Intelligence.

Pro is listed at €399 per location per month and adds unlimited loyalty members, VIP tiers, gamification, advanced campaigns, advanced analytics and Menu Engineering. That tier is the better fit for operators needing the full published menu-engineering set alongside deeper marketing and analytics features. Apple Wallet and Google Wallet are the named integrations, and the product runs on the web. Restaurants that need verified POS data import or scenario modeling should consider a product with those capabilities; Plattr is more suitable for teams that want menu analysis combined with reservations, loyalty and customer engagement tools.
