It combines a QR-code digital menu, online reservations, table maps, inventory tracking, automatic food-cost calculations, staff roles and permissions, customer CRM, loyalty tools and analytics. The web, iOS and Android experience suits small and mid-market operators that want reservation and menu operations in one system, without dedicated hardware.
According to the published plans, Essential costs €50 per month, billed monthly, and includes the digital menu and QR code, online reservations, food cost, inventory and stock, and staff management. Pro costs €100 per month and adds financial reporting, a table map, loyalty program and supplier management. Business costs €250 per month and adds communication automations, AI social graphics, a multi-location group dashboard and a website. A 14-day free trial is available, and the stated prices exclude VAT.
Plathea’s strongest operational depth is in reservations and food-cost control: guests can select tables, while capacity controls and overbooking prevention support front-of-house planning. Inventory stock alerts and ingredient-based calculations connect purchasing activity with menu economics.
