Pinsot is salon and spa management software for businesses coordinating appointments, therapists, treatment rooms, packages, memberships, client preferences, gift cards, checkout, and operating reports. Its booking workflow uses server-confirmed availability, while provider and resource scheduling can incorporate therapist context and treatment-room requirements. The product fits spas that want one system for day-to-day scheduling and client records, with AI-assisted booking operations available through its plan structure.
Pricing is organized per location. Pinsot Start costs $79 per location per month or $790 per location per year and covers core salon operations for up to 5 active service providers; its AI Receptionist is available as an add-on, with 200 AI voice minutes on the monthly option. Pinsot Salon OS costs $229 per location per month or $2,290 per location per year, adding AI Receptionist, advanced scheduling, shifts, time clock, and 300 AI voice minutes per month. Pinsot Scale costs $399 per location per month or $3,990 per location per year, adding AI Receptionist Pro, full FairTurn intelligence, advanced owner and reporting tools, and 1,000 AI voice minutes per month. Enterprise is contract-specific and includes centralized AI Receptionist, multi-location scope, and consolidated reporting and controls. A 30-day trial is available.
The standout distinction is the combination of spa-aware scheduling and AI booking support. The platform connects online booking with therapists, rooms, packages, memberships, client treatment history, payment records, tips, supported tenders, and reporting rather than focusing only on calendars. However, it is web-only, and live calling for AI Receptionist is not currently enabled. Spas that need broad operational coverage and can work within a web platform should consider Pinsot; businesses seeking a simpler scheduler or live AI phone handling should look elsewhere.
