Pin Payments is an online payment processing platform for businesses and platforms in Australia and New Zealand. It combines payment gateway, processing, acquiring and risk-management services in one account. Businesses can accept online debit and credit card payments through hosted payment pages, shareable links, embeddable buttons, ecommerce integrations and APIs. The platform also supports web-based point-of-sale payments, recurring billing, foreign-currency transactions, refunds, card storage, Apple Pay and Google Pay. Its audience includes small and medium-sized businesses and platform operators that need several payment channels without a monthly platform fee.

The pricing structure keeps the starting commitment low. The “Free to get started” plan has no monthly fees, no lock-in contracts and all features included, while transaction fees apply. A Custom plan provides custom pricing for higher-volume processing. The available integrations cover Shopify, WooCommerce, Adobe Commerce, Xero, Ecwid, Chargebee, Gravity Forms, Timely, Tickera, WHMCS and Zen Cart. This makes Pin Payments a practical fit for businesses already operating on those platforms, while its web and API access also supports more tailored implementations.

Feature breadth is a central strength. Payment links and hosted pages support lighter implementation needs, while the payment API includes live and test environments for custom workflows. Recurring billing and subscription plans cover repeat payments, and Payouts APIs support marketplace transfers. The trade-off is regional availability: Pin Payments is intended for businesses in Australia and New Zealand. Transaction costs also vary with domestic, international and foreign-currency settlement conditions, and payout schedules are custom. Businesses in those markets seeking broad payment functionality with low fixed cost should consider it; companies operating elsewhere should choose a provider available in their region.
