Pickgro brings orders, customers, product catalogue and stock from connected marketplaces and online stores into a cloud order and warehouse management system. It is aimed at sellers who need to coordinate multichannel operations, from order statuses and stock synchronisation to shipping, documents, picking and returns. The product is available on web, Windows, iOS and Android, with API access for extending connections. Its feature set will suit small and mid-market businesses that want order handling and warehouse workflows together rather than a tool focused only on one step.

The free Freemium plan provides full system access without a time limit or payment card, but is limited to 100 orders per month. Business costs PLN 149 per month plus PLN 0.14 per processed order, and offers no stated limits on orders, products, sales channels or users. According to the vendor's pricing page, Business includes a 14-day trial with no payment card required; published prices are in PLN and exclude VAT. That structure gives small sellers a low-commitment way to begin, while the per-order charge means costs rise with volume. Buyers should compare expected order volume against the monthly fee and transaction charge before moving to Business.

Pickgro connects with marketplaces such as Allegro, eBay, Empik Marketplace and Kaufland, ecommerce platforms including Shopify, WooCommerce, PrestaShop and Shoper, and carriers and accounting tools such as InPost, DPD, DHL, Fakturownia and Comarch ERP Optima. Barcode-assisted picking, batch dispatch, returns processing, sales documents and rule-based automation cover a broad operating workflow, while a documented public API and webhooks offer another integration route. Choose Pickgro if you want those workflows in one system and value the free starting tier. Sellers whose core requirement is verified fulfillment routing should compare alternatives; that capability is not established here.
