PhysicalAddress.com provides a real street address and private suite number, then brings mail handling into an online mailbox. It is intended for personal and business users who want envelope and package exterior scans, with the option to request scans of contents. Web access and iOS and Android apps support checking new items, while email and app notifications flag arrivals. Its combination of digital handling and local pickup makes it relevant to people who need a mailing address but want options for what happens to physical mail.

The four displayed plans are organized around monthly scan allowances. Plan 30 includes 30 envelope scans and 10 content scans; Plan 50 raises those to 50 and 25; Plan 100 includes 100 and 50; and Plan 200 includes 200 and 100. All four list unlimited mail recipients, free local pickup and free secure shredding. Multi-user administration appears on Plans 50, 100 and 200, while suite numbers ending in zero are available on Plans 100 and 200. Plan 30 additionally lists a free registered agent. According to the vendor's pricing page, annual plans advertise 20% off, and a 30-day refund is listed.

Forwarding through USPS, FedEx, UPS and DHL gives users a choice of named carriers, and the service also supports digital storage, shredding and pickup at its locations. Evernote is the listed integration. The main trade-off is the scan allowance structure: users with frequent mail or content-scan requests should compare their expected volume with each plan before choosing, while those needing more than the included volume may prefer a service with a better fit for their usage. PhysicalAddress.com is a fit for people who value mobile access, carrier choice and physical handling options; it is less suited to someone seeking a free mailbox or unmetered scanning.
