Pest Manager review
A practical CRM and portal for pest teams that do not need automatic route optimization.

Pest Manager is web-based pest-control operations software for solo operators and growing teams. It combines customer and job CRM, calendar scheduling, technician dispatch, treatment records, visit reports, photos, printable service reports, invoicing, recurring service agreements and online card payments. A self-service customer portal provides magic-link access, while workspace isolation and hosted or tailored deployment options support different operating models. Technicians work through a mobile-friendly browser view rather than a native mobile app.
Pricing is straightforward across the listed tiers. Starter costs $49 per month or $490 per year and includes core CRM and scheduling, a basic customer portal, CSV export, email reminders and online payments. Pro costs $99 per month or $990 per year, adding estimates and proposals, AutoPay and recurring billing, automation rules, a branded portal, advanced dashboard and analytics, and up to 2 API tokens. Growth adds advanced reports, advanced dispatch and routing, territory management, custom roles and permissions, unlimited API tokens and outbound webhooks; its monthly price is not displayed. A 14-day trial is available, and there is no free plan.
The product’s strongest fit is for teams that want core pest-control workflows in one web-based system without committing to a native mobile app or automated routing. Manual route ordering, a dispatch board and territory management cover operational organization, while the REST API, webhooks and Stripe integration extend the system beyond its built-in workflows. The customer portal and hosted payments are useful for reducing back-and-forth with customers. Choose Pest Manager if CRM, treatment documentation, scheduling, recurring services and portals are the priority. Consider an alternative if native mobile apps or automatic route optimization are essential requirements.
