PerfectTablePlan is desktop software for organizing seating at wedding receptions, parties, banquets and other events. It is suited to people managing their own reception, frequent event organizers and professional event planners who need guest records, RSVP tracking, meal choices, special-requirement fields, seating preferences and table layouts in one application. It runs on Windows and macOS, works offline, and supports importing guest data from spreadsheets, text files, contacts or address books. Seating can be assigned automatically or by drag and drop, then printed as floor plans, seating charts, guest lists or stationery.

Pricing is divided into three paid editions. Home Edition costs $29.95 per user and is aimed at people organizing their own wedding reception, party or event. It includes guest-data import, multiple table shapes and layouts, free email support and a 14-day money-back guarantee. Advanced Edition costs $74.95 per user for charity organizers, club secretaries and other frequent users, adding table layouts such as E-shaped and serpentine tables. Professional Edition costs $299.95 per user for professional event planners and adds advanced floor-plan and seating features. The free download is an unlimited-duration trial; saving, printing or exporting plans with more than 30 guests requires a licence.

The product’s strongest area is seating logistics. Guest details, RSVP statuses, meal selections, seating preferences and floor-plan design connect directly to automatic assignment and printable outputs. Budget and estimated-cost tracking also supports event preparation, but the scope remains narrower than a full wedding-planning suite. There are no vendor management or timeline tools, and its desktop focus may not suit teams seeking broad collaboration across planning tasks. Choose PerfectTablePlan when seating, table layouts and printed event materials are the priority. Choose another type of wedding-planning product when vendor coordination, timeline management or wider planning collaboration matters more than floor-plan control.
