Pendula is a cloud SaaS customer engagement platform for marketing and customer-experience teams managing high-volume communications. Its drag-and-drop workflow builder supports automated customer journeys, branching logic, condition-based messaging and real-time audience segmentation. Teams can coordinate email, SMS, WhatsApp, push notifications and RCS campaigns, while also using CSV activation, engagement-based lead scoring, lead qualification and campaign analytics. It fits small, mid-market and enterprise organisations, though its feature breadth and pricing are most aligned with larger teams that can justify substantial messaging investment.

Pricing is centred on paid plans, with no free plan. Starter costs AUD 2,000 per month and includes one AI Agent, three pre-built templates, one integration, email, SMS and WhatsApp messaging, unlimited seats, priority support and training. Builder costs AUD 5,000 per month and adds three AI Agents, nine pre-built templates in total, three integrations, unlimited seats, HIPAA/SOC 2 compliance and the same core channels. Scaler includes unlimited AI Agents, custom-built templates, customisable integrations, unlimited outcomes, any channel including voice, social and custom APIs, plus SLA guarantees. The entry price makes Pendula a difficult fit for smaller teams or buyers seeking a low-cost automation tool.

Its strongest case is the combination of journey design, channel breadth and ecosystem connectivity. Listed integrations include Salesforce, HubSpot, Microsoft Dynamics, Zuora, Zendesk, Customer.io, Marketo, Xero, Amazon SES and Airtable, while the platform also offers API access. Compliance coverage includes SOC 2, ISO 27001, GDPR and HIPAA, and support is available through email, chat, phone, tickets, community and documentation. Choose Pendula when advanced branching, real-time segmentation and high-volume multichannel delivery matter more than entry price. Consider an alternative if you need a free plan, a lower starting cost or a simpler automation scope.
