Pearspark is cloud-based school management software for small private schools, microschools, homeschool co-ops, hybrid schools, classical schools, and similar programs. It brings admissions, student records, attendance, gradebooks, report cards, parent and student portals, library management, tuition billing, financial aid, ESA and SGO funding, and online payments into one system. For tuition operations, the product supports per-family monthly invoices, one-time fees assigned to students, classes, grades, or the whole school, recurring tuition plans, sibling discounts, and check and cash payment recording.
The published plan is priced at $50 per month for up to 20 students, with additional students priced by volume. The single Pearspark plan includes attendance, gradebooks, report cards, classes, scheduling, rooms, tuition billing, financial aid, library and resource checkout, and unlimited staff and parent accounts. Its billing features extend beyond collecting tuition: schools can manage financial-aid applications and sliding-scale awards, track ESA and SGO funding, import reconciliation data, retain invoice history, and export CSV batches. That combination suits schools that need aid-aware invoicing without separating billing from core school administration.
Payment workflows depend on the school’s own Stripe account for ACH bank transfers and card payments.
