Peakboard OEE Software is an OEE and production data visualization platform for manufacturers that need to monitor equipment, analyze losses, and capture production reasons at the line. It calculates OEE from availability, performance, and quality data, while supporting real-time machine monitoring, downtime and root-cause analysis, scrap and quality reason capture, and historical comparisons across shifts, lines, and plants. Its single-line and multi-line dashboards suit plants managing one production area or several lines.
Pricing spans a free Peakboard Designer plan with no time limit, unrestricted project building, and preview mode with real data. Peakboard Pro BYOD costs EUR 49 per device per month with annual billing and uses customer hardware; Peakboard Pro Box costs EUR 59 and includes hardware. Both have limited data sources, PLC, IoT, and sensor interfaces, support, and software updates. Enterprise BYOD costs EUR 79 and Enterprise Box EUR 89 per device per month, adding all available data sources. Peakboard Hub Online Starter is free for small setups, while Peakboard Hub costs EUR 340 per month for central device management, communication, secure business-system connections, and centralized data storage and analysis.
Integration breadth is a central strength. Connections include OPC UA, Siemens S7, MQTT, Modbus/TCP, SAP, MES, SQL, REST APIs, Beckhoff, Rockwell, Oracle, MySQL, MongoDB, ODBC, and Power BI. Peakboard runs primarily on-premises through Box or BYOD devices, with optional cloud or on-premises Hub components for centralized management and data history. Choose it if broad connectivity, hybrid data capture, and configurable OEE views matter across plant operations. Consider an alternative if you need a narrowly focused OEE tool without device-based tiers, hardware choices, or a separate hub structure.
