PayReview is a compensation management platform for HR, finance and managers handling structured pay decisions. It supports annual, off-cycle, promotion and bonus reviews, along with one-time payments, in-year changes and new-hire compensation. The platform brings employee compensation data, salary bands, budgets, manager proposals, approval chains, analytics, audit trails and payroll exports into one workflow. It is designed for organizations capped at 3,000 employees on Standard, while Enterprise addresses larger organizations or more advanced requirements.

Its plan structure maps to different stages of compensation operations. Get Ready provides full platform access until the first pay review date and includes tools to load people and pay data, configure salary bands and approvers, and handle in-year changes, promotions and new-hire pay. Standard adds range management, advanced budgeting, merit matrices, two to three approval tiers, pay equity analytics, spreadsheet export, SAML 2.0 SSO and complete audit trails. Enterprise includes Standard features plus higher-volume pricing, custom integrations and specific hosting locations. PayReview is paid and does not include a free plan.

Integration and workflow coverage are central strengths. PayReview can operate standalone or alongside existing HRIS and payroll systems, using spreadsheet imports or integrations with Workday, BambooHR, Rippling, ADP Workforce Now, ADP, Gusto and Paychex. Its web and API access support different operating models, while exports help connect approved compensation decisions to payroll and employee statements. Organizations needing structured reviews, budget controls, approval governance and equity analysis should find the scope well aligned. Smaller teams seeking a free option, or organizations requiring certified SOC 2 Type II or ISO 27001 status today, should consider alternatives.
