PayGapCheck is a web-based pay equity intelligence tool for organisations and HR professionals. It analyzes anonymized employee compensation data across company-wide gender pay gaps, role levels, job families, pay quartiles, compensation variables, and tenure. Its audience includes European SMEs and larger organisations working through EU Pay Transparency Directive requirements, as well as teams reviewing individual pay priorities or simulating salary offers.

The product’s strongest area is analytical and reporting depth. Its six analysis modules support cohort analysis, representation review, multi-variable compensation and tenure analytics, EU reporting modules, and individual priority flags for remediation review. The SME plan costs €199 as a one-time payment and includes a full pay equity report, Pay Equity Review Excel action file, PDF output, and HireGapCheck. Mid-size and Large plans cost €699 and €999 one time, respectively, with the same listed report features. ReadinessCheck costs €299 and adds a PTD readiness diagnostic with approximately 48 questions, seven axis scores, and a downloadable PDF roadmap. The published plans show a pay-per-use model rather than a subscription requirement.

HireGapCheck extends the product into compensation planning with offer simulations, free iteration within each hire, and compression-risk analysis. Its Starter, Growth, and Volume plans cost €24.99, €59.99, and €99.99 one time. AI-generated analysis and hiring briefs are also included among the product capabilities. Outputs include interactive web reports, PDF files, and Excel action files, while report access lasts 14 days before deletion. PayGapCheck is a strong fit for teams that want structured compliance analysis without recurring pricing, particularly within European contexts. Organisations that require integrations or a broader platform ecosystem should consider a different option, and teams needing ongoing report access should account for the access window.
