PayFacile is a hosted web platform for freelancers, creators, coaches, consultants, associations, and small businesses selling subscriptions, memberships, digital products, services, or physical products online. It combines payment links, recurring billing, invoicing, customer portals, subscription management, and failed-payment retries. Payment links can be shared by email, SMS, social media, or QR code, while a website and payment-page builder supports no-code storefront creation. Payments connect through Stripe or GoCardless accounts.

The pricing structure starts with the free Starter plan, which applies a 2% transaction fee. Business costs €24 per month with a 1% transaction fee and adds website creation, e-commerce features, subscription management, automatic notifications and billing, and a 50 MB digital-file limit. Enterprise costs €48 per month, reduces the transaction fee to 0.5%, and raises the digital-file limit to 500 MB. Platinum costs €96 per month with a 0% transaction fee, while Custom has no transaction fee and uses a sales contact. A 14-day free trial is available without requiring a card.

PayFacile is strongest when a solo creator needs one web-based place for checkout, recurring subscriptions, discounts, promo codes, tiers, installments, usage-based pricing, and secure digital download links. Its payment coverage includes cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, SEPA direct debit, bank transfer, check, cash, and multi-currency products. Integrations include Stripe, GoCardless, Google Analytics, Zapier, and webhooks, with email, chat, and documentation support. GDPR and PCI DSS compliance are listed. Choose PayFacile for a focused small-business storefront and subscription workflow; organizations needing a wider platform fit should consider alternatives.

Advertiser disclosure: iTechGuides is reader-supported. Vendors can pay for top positions in our rankings and for a place on other products' pages, and we may earn a commission when you click some links. Bought places stand at the number bought; this page and our disclosure say so. Paying vendors may get a fuller, more detailed review from our editors, and that review can change their score.
