PartyLabz is a web-based event management platform for personal, business, educational, and nonprofit events. It combines event websites, online invitations, registration forms, custom RSVP questions, guest and group management, reminders, ticket sales, payment processing, and QR-code check-in. Organizers can also manage polls, signup lists, schedules, checklists, budgets, payment collection, badges, self-check-in kiosks, photo galleries, comments, file sharing, discount codes, and event passes. It is a particularly good fit for private parties and small social events, while its feature range also covers business, educational, and nonprofit gatherings.

Pricing is available through a free plan, one-time purchases, and recurring plans. Free includes event websites, RSVPs, and basic event tools for events of up to 10 guests. LIGHT costs $9 one-time and adds full website styling, no ads, 300 emails, and 100 text messages. PRO costs $35 one-time and adds custom emails and texts, custom CSS, priority support, and logo removal. BUSINESS costs $100 one-time and adds SEO capabilities, custom trackers, custom CSS, and priority support. PRO+ starts at $35 per month, with quarterly and annual options at $85 and $225, while BUSINESS+ costs $100 per month and adds dedicated onboarding.

The platform runs in the cloud through the web and connects with Stripe, PayPal, and CRM systems. Its event-planning breadth is useful when registration, communications, ticketing, payments, and onsite check-in need to sit in one workspace. Name badge printing and self-check-in kiosks extend its usefulness beyond simple RSVP collection. However, there is no attendee app, and the integration set is narrow compared with broader event suites. Choose PartyLabz for focused event administration with flexible pricing; choose an alternative if an attendee app or a wider ecosystem is central to the event.
