PartLogic PIM centralises product descriptions, identifiers, categories, attributes, prices, images and documents for manufacturers, wholesalers, distributors, retailers and ecommerce teams. It supports CSV and Excel imports, controlled product-data changes, version history, duplicate detection and human review before suggested matches or merges are accepted. The product can operate as a standalone PIM or alongside PartLogic’s warehouse management capabilities, making it a fit for teams that need structured catalog control without starting with a large catalog.

Pricing is straightforward at the lower tiers. The Free Trial lasts 14 days, requires no credit card and includes core features within published limits. Starter costs £30 per month and includes core WMS and PIM functionality, standard integrations, email support, basic reporting and mobile app access. Its published quota is 500 parts stored. Growth costs £90 per month and lists the same highlights as Starter. Scale includes full PIM capabilities, advanced integrations, custom workflows, a dedicated account manager, on-premise deployment and advanced security; pricing is by request. The paid tiers make sense for growing operational needs, but teams exceeding the Starter quota should assess the higher-tier commercial model before choosing it.

Its strongest functional case is data governance combined with distribution. GTIN and UPC validation against GS1 standards, quality rules, duplicate detection, digital asset management and approval workflows address common catalog-control tasks. REST API access, webhooks and Zapier connect the product with Shopify, Sage Accounting, Access Dimensions, Nop Commerce, Xero and ERP systems. Support is available through email, chat and documentation, and deployment is cloud-based. PartLogic PIM should suit small teams that value catalog quality, review controls and practical integrations. Organizations needing a larger stated catalog capacity at a clearly published price, or a broader enterprise deployment decision, should compare alternatives before committing.
