Papyrs is a browser-based intranet, team wiki, and internal knowledge base for organizations that need more than documentation pages. Teams can create and discuss content, upload files, collect structured information through forms and databases, assign permissions and user roles, and divide work into separate subsites. It is cloud-hosted, requires no installation or server maintenance, and provides access through web, Windows, macOS, Linux, iOS, Android, and API connections. The free Personal Wiki plan includes unlimited pages for one user, two subsites, and 1GB of storage.

Pricing is organized by plan and user limits rather than per-user billing. Team Wiki costs $89 per month with annual billing and supports up to 20 users, up to 20 subsites, unlimited storage, and advanced administration. Company Wiki costs $347 per month with annual billing and adds capacity for up to 60 users, SAML single sign-on, a custom domain, and up to 60 subsites. Company Intranet costs $899 per month with annual billing and includes unlimited users, up to 100 subsites, unlimited version history, and federated identity management. Enterprise adds unlimited subsites, enterprise security, LDAP single sign-on, and enterprise support and SLA. A 14-day free trial is also available.

Papyrs stands out when an organization wants a broad internal platform rather than a narrow documentation tool. Full-text search covers pages, files, discussions, and forms; version history supports comparison and restoration; and Slack integration supports search, notes, and sign-in. Google Workspace, Google Drive, Zapier, SAML identity providers, and LDAP/Active Directory extend its ecosystem fit. Teams needing structured internal information, multiple workspaces, mobile access, or tiered identity controls should consider Papyrs. Smaller groups with simple documentation needs may find the paid user limits and annual-billing entry price less suitable.
