Panel Space is a back-end platform for market research companies that want to create and operate online survey panels. It combines panel branding, member dashboards, virtual-currency rewards, affiliate recruitment and partner monetization. Members can track their status and survey opportunities, while panel operators can manage supply sources and supplier performance. The service is delivered through the web and mobile deployment, with email and chat support, and is positioned for small and mid-market organizations.
Pricing is structured around four plans. PAYG provides free panels, branded panel and agency dashboards, unlimited panel members, a generic panel app and partner monetization, with pricing shown at $0 per complete on a usage basis. Starter costs $1,500 per year and adds multicountry panels, a custom agency domain and a partner directory. Agency costs $3,999 per year and adds a custom panel domain, priority listing and a dedicated agent.
