A broad restaurant ordering and operations stack for multi-location groups.

OwnOrder is a paid restaurant app builder for independent restaurants, takeaways, groups and franchises that want branded ordering across web, iOS and Android. Restaurants can manage menus, photos, pricing and branding, publish an ordering website on their own domain, and submit native branded apps. The platform also covers collection and delivery, driver tracking, table bookings, kitchen workflows, loyalty, promotions and customer-data export. Multi-location operators get shared menus and a roll-up dashboard.
Its pricing model is usage-based: the published plan charges 2% per order, with no monthly fee and no setup fee. All features are included, while the standard Stripe card fee is charged separately. Stripe provides checkout and direct payouts, so the total cost depends on order volume and card payments rather than a fixed software subscription. This structure may suit restaurants that prefer to avoid recurring platform fees, but higher order volume can make the per-order charge an important consideration.
OwnOrder stands out for breadth rather than a narrow focus. A single dashboard brings together branded ordering, delivery and collection management, live floor-plan bookings, kitchen display and prep tracking, ticket printing, loyalty points, discount codes, free-delivery thresholds and customer-data export. Its App Store and Google Play submission support extends the ordering experience beyond the web. Multi-location restaurants should consider it when they need one operating layer across channels and sites. Smaller restaurants seeking only a simple online ordering tool may find the wider operational scope unnecessary.
