Otiggo is route optimization and last-mile delivery software for subcontractors, carriers, couriers, field technicians and delivery drivers. Dispatchers can create, assign and optimize routes through the web platform, while drivers use mobile workflows for navigation, package scanning, delivery updates and proof of delivery. It fits small parcel-delivery teams that need core dispatch, tracking and delivery operations across web, iOS and Android.

The published plans offer a practical progression. Free includes one route per day and up to 15 stops. Essential costs €9.99 per month or €77.99 per year and adds unlimited routes with 500 scans per month. Pro costs €19.99 per month or €155.99 per year and raises the allowance to 1,000 scans per month. Starter costs €149 per month and adds parcels, manifests, routes, zones and dispatch, carrier and delivery-point tracking, 6,000 AI scans per month and Otiggo Driver access. The plans also list Basic with five AI scans per month, up to 100 stops per route and 30 days of history.

Its strongest fit is a delivery operation that needs more than simple route ordering. Otiggo combines time-window and customer-constraint planning with driver-side reoptimization from the depot, an address or GPS position. Live tracking shows driver position, delivered parcels and remaining stops, while scanning can extract addresses with AI. Photo, signature, recipient and timestamp records support proof of delivery, and fleet, billing, finance and multi-carrier tools extend the product beyond routing. Google Maps and Waze are the listed integrations, so teams with broader ecosystem requirements may prefer an alternative. Choose Otiggo for affordable small-team parcel workflows; larger operations should weigh the 100-stop ceiling and narrower integration set.
