Orgix is a modular workforce operations platform for field-based teams in construction, security, cleaning, healthcare, delivery, and field services. It combines attendance verification, employee records, leave, payroll workflows, field visits, CRM, and reporting. Employees can use mobile apps, while managers and administrators work through web applications with role-based access. Its attendance coverage includes GPS and geofenced check-ins, QR, selfie, or biometric verification, attendance rules, sessions, history, exception visibility, live presence maps, and site access logs. Organizations seeking attendance plus field-visit visibility are the clearest fit.
The product is organized into HRIS, CRM, Field Force, and Full Suite plans. HRIS covers employee structure, attendance, leave, payroll runs, recruitment, performance, assets, documents, scheduling, reports, and analytics. CRM adds lead capture, customer and opportunity management, pipeline stages, activity logging, and sales reporting. Field Force focuses on visit planning, GPS check-in and check-out, route and territory planning, sales targets, conveyance claims, and mobile field reporting. Full Suite combines the three modules with shared records, identity and access control, web and mobile workflow parity, and priority onboarding and rollout support. According to the vendor's pricing page, packaging is custom and sales-led rather than published as numeric prices.
Orgix is strongest when attendance needs to connect with field operations and workforce administration. CSV and XLSX exports, permissions, SSO, and webhooks support operational reporting and access management across web, iOS, and Android. The integration approach is focused: Webhooks and SSO/SAML are the listed options, so teams prioritizing a broad prebuilt integration ecosystem may prefer a more specialized alternative. Attendance-only buyers may also find the HRIS, CRM, and field-service scope wider than necessary. Choose Orgix when verified attendance, presence visibility, scheduling, leave, payroll workflows, and field visits need to sit in one platform; choose elsewhere when a narrower attendance tool is the priority.
