OrgChart is organizational chart and workforce visualization software for HR, People Operations, finance, and business leaders. It connects to HRIS, HCM, ATS, payroll, directory, CSV, and spreadsheet sources, then generates and refreshes charts from employee data. Users can customize colors, photos, filters, highlights, fields, and formulas, while employee search and directory views support day-to-day workforce navigation. The product is aimed at midsize and enterprise organizations managing complex reporting structures.

The plan structure scales by data connectivity and planning depth. Core includes unlimited automated, customizable org charts, PPT, PDF, and web-link sharing, one data source integration, SSO, and MFA. Plus adds advanced chart views, historical org charts, and three data source integrations. Pro includes the Plus features along with Position Management-powered Workforce Planning, expert training, and six data source integrations. All plans are billed annually, and the vendor states a 20% nonprofit discount. There is no free plan.

OrgChart stands out when an organization needs more than a static hierarchy. Position management, workforce metrics, custom calculations, and scenario modeling support planning for future structures, while historical charts help compare organizational changes over time. Integrations include BambooHR, Paylocity, Dayforce, Workday, ADP, UKG, Greenhouse, iCIMS, and Azure AD, among others. Secure sharing through PDF, PowerPoint, SVG, and web links broadens access beyond the web platform. Choose OrgChart for automated HR-connected reporting, planning, and controlled sharing; organizations seeking a free tool or a simpler chart-only workflow should look elsewhere.
