OrgChart Agile is cloud software for HR teams and organizations that need to create, maintain, analyze, and share organizational charts. Its scope extends beyond visual charting: employee profiles, directory views, reporting, conditional formatting, workforce planning, and what-if scenarios support ongoing organizational analysis. It is particularly suited to European teams that need HR connections and a tenant-based pricing model, with support for integrations including People Express, ADP, Workday, Personio, SuccessFactors, SAP, INAZ, and Zucchetti.

The published plans show a paid structure billed annually per tenant. Core costs €12 per tenant per month and includes one Org Designer / Power User, unlimited Editors, Managers, and View-only users, unlimited charts and subcharts, CSV, XLS, and HR system data import, plus one HR data integration. Plus costs €16 per tenant per month and adds three Org Designers / Power Users, unlimited access groups, historical chart versioning, workforce planning, SSO options, and two HR data integrations. Pro adds advanced formatting and KPI highlighting, scheduled SFTP data flows, advanced governance models, custom views, per-field settings, custom fields, value lists, and API access on request.

Its strongest fit is for teams that need a managed organizational data layer rather than a simple diagram editor. Charts and data can be exported or published as PDF, CSV, Excel, HTML, and intranet content, while role-based access and SSO support controlled sharing. HR system, SFTP, and API connections can reduce manual updates when the required systems are part of the setup. The trade-off is scope: the listed employee limit is 100, there is no free plan, and the product is web-based. Smaller teams wanting only occasional diagrams may find the planning and integration features unnecessary, while organizations above the listed limit should consider another option.
