Ordering.Tools is a cloud restaurant management platform for digital menus, QR ordering, pickup, dine-in and delivery. It suits individual restaurants, restaurant groups and chains that want to manage menu items, prices, modifiers, allergen information and availability from one dashboard. Changes can be synchronized across customer-facing channels, while kitchen display workflows, customer accounts, payment processing and order notifications support day-to-day operations. The web and API platform also provides a public menu API and order handoff endpoints.

Pricing is structured around three monthly plans. Free costs €0 per month and includes a digital menu, online ordering, pickup orders, dine-in orders and no platform commission, with a limit of 20 orders per month. Starter costs €30 per month and adds unlimited orders, product modifiers, an allergen filter, Kitchen Display System workflows and SMS order notifications, while applying a 5% platform commission. Pro costs €60 per month, keeps unlimited orders and lowers the platform commission to 3%, adding delivery orders, POS integration, multi-location management, inventory and auto-reorder. A 30-day trial is included with no credit card required.

The main strength is breadth across menu operations and ordering channels. Restaurants can use allergen tagging and customer filtering, item availability toggles, batch stock counters and scheduled restoration. Barsy POS supports two-way synchronization for menus, orders, bills, payments and stock. Payment options include Stripe, MyPOS, BORICA, Barsy POS and cash, while delivery connections include Wolt, Glovo, Takeaway, Bolt Food, Foodpanda and Uber Eats. Restaurants needing a low-cost starting point should consider Free; growing operators that need centralized operations should consider Pro. Businesses seeking only a simple menu display may find the wider ordering and operations feature set unnecessary.
