Oracle Fusion HCM Analytics is a cloud-native workforce analytics application for organizations using Oracle Fusion Cloud HCM. It brings together prebuilt workforce KPIs, metrics, dashboards, and reports across headcount, hiring, attrition, mobility, absence, diversity, compensation, payroll, performance, learning, and employee experience. Self-service dashboards, visualizations, and report creation extend the prebuilt content. Its strongest fit is with HR and people-analytics teams already working in Oracle’s cloud application environment.

Pricing is paid and monthly. The Hosted Employee plan starts at $5 per hosted employee per month and includes a Fusion HCM Analytics subscription. A Hosted Named User plan is also available with the same subscription highlight, while its listed price is not specified here. There is no free plan. The product supports web, iOS, and Android access. Oracle-managed data pipelines handle Oracle Cloud HCM data, while data can be enriched from Oracle Fusion Cloud Applications view objects. More than 50 native self-service connectors add options for Oracle and non-Oracle data sources.

Its depth is concentrated in workforce reporting and analysis rather than a narrow EEO filing workflow. Diversity and inclusion analysis, hiring-related reporting, and reports based on promotions, salary, and terminations support workforce equity reviews. Prebuilt machine-learning and predictive analytics add another layer for teams seeking forward-looking workforce insights. Organizations that want dashboards and analytics closely connected to Oracle HCM should consider it; teams needing an independent EEO-1 preparation and submission tool, or a platform built around non-Oracle systems, should choose an alternative.
