OnVoard is an ecommerce email marketing platform for stores that want campaigns, segmentation, automated workflows, product recommendations, and revenue attribution in one web-based system. Its workflows cover cart abandonment, checkout, browse abandonment, post-purchase, welcome, winback, replenishment, and review requests. Shopify stores are the clearest fit, while BigCommerce, EasyStore, and Wix stores also have an integration path. The drag-and-drop editor adds product catalog, review, and star-rating blocks for store-focused emails.

Pricing is organized around a free plan and two paid options. The Free plan includes Marketing Platform access and 500 email sends per month. The Marketing Platform plan costs $15 USD per 10,000 active contacts per month and includes campaigns, segments, and automated workflows; email sends are priced separately. The All-In-One plan costs $24.90 USD per month in the displayed example and includes all OnVoard apps, 5,000 active contacts, and 5,000 email sends per month in that example. Because pricing depends on contacts and sends, stores should compare expected list growth and message volume before choosing a tier.

The product’s strongest advantage is its ecommerce focus: store events drive segmentation and lifecycle automation, while recommendations and attribution connect messages to store orders. Manual sender approval and deliverability monitoring add operational controls. The trade-off is a narrower ecosystem and feature breadth than a broader email platform: it supports four ecommerce integrations, runs on the web, and lacks testing features. Choose OnVoard when Shopify-centered lifecycle email and revenue tracking matter most. Consider an alternative when broader integrations, testing, or a wider platform footprint are priorities.
