OnGravy is an accounting platform for Indian ecommerce sellers, small businesses, and chartered accountants. It combines double-entry bookkeeping, invoicing, GST and TCS workflows, inventory accounting, bank feeds, and ecommerce settlement processes. Marketplace and D2C support covers Amazon, Flipkart, Shopify, and other channels, while returns and return-to-origin transactions are included in the accounting workflow. Web, iOS, Android, and API access make it relevant for businesses that need accounting beyond a desktop application.

Pricing spans several use cases. Core Books costs ₹299 per month for invoicing, purchases, vouchers, ledgers, bank import, and core financial statements. Starter costs ₹699 and adds GST, indirect tax, banking, and reconciliation. Business Owner costs ₹799 and includes unlimited invoices, a GST suite, WhatsApp and web dashboards, inventory, and ecommerce settlement reconciliation. NRI costs ₹999, Growth costs ₹1299, All-Access costs ₹2999, Tax Practitioner costs ₹1999, and Individual CA costs ₹3499 per month. The higher plans add features such as advanced reports, AI and automation, manufacturing, cross-border support, client businesses, consolidation, Tally migration, and an online store.

The strongest fit is a growing Indian seller or accounting practice that needs tax handling, inventory, banking, and channel-specific workflows in one system. Bank statement imports, RBI Account Aggregator feeds, OCR bill capture, WhatsApp transaction workflows, REST APIs, and HMAC-signed webhooks broaden its operational coverage. However, payout reconciliation is partial, so businesses with highly complex settlement structures should review that workflow carefully before choosing it. Basic users may prefer a narrower bookkeeping product, while ecommerce operators needing advanced inventory, GST processes, and banking in the same platform have more reason to consider OnGravy.
