OneSuite Fax review

Reviewed by iTechGuides Editors · Editorial team · Updated Oct 2026

OneSuite Fax is an online fax service for individuals and businesses that need to receive faxes by email or send them through a browser. Its main appeal is low-cost inbound faxing: the Fax Basic plan costs $1 per month and includes a local fax number, one fax-to-email address and PDF fax delivery. Users can select a local number by area code and receive unlimited inbound fax-to-email messages.

Pricing is split across two monthly plans. Fax Basic focuses on receiving faxes and includes unlimited inbound fax-to-email. Fax Plus costs $2.95 per month and adds browser-based outbound faxing, up to five fax-to-email addresses, broadcast fax, customizable cover pages and delivery confirmations. Outbound usage on Fax Plus remains pay-as-you-go, including international faxing through OneSuite’s prepaid rates. A 30-day free trial is available, and Fax Plus includes a one-month free subscription offer.

The feature set suits lightweight fax workflows that do not require integrations or a dedicated fax application. OneSuite Fax includes a contact address book and groups, delivery confirmation emails, automatic failed-fax resend and fax history retained for up to 90 days. It can send from computers or mobile browsers, but access is web-only; the OneSuite iOS and Android app is described for VoIP rather than dedicated fax use. Choose OneSuite Fax when unlimited inbound email delivery and a local number matter most. Users who need integrated workflows, native fax mobile software or predictable all-in outbound pricing should consider an alternative.
