OnePointe is a case management platform for organizations handling civil-rights, conduct, and workplace investigations. It is positioned for higher education, PK-12 districts, government agencies, employers, nonprofits, and similar organizations. The platform brings public report intake, secure status checking, unified case files, evidence, communications, decisions, interviews, timelines, findings, remediation, reporting, and investigation-report drafting into one system. Its published features also cover student, faculty, and staff matters.

Pricing is structured around a year-one setup and subscription model. The Year 1 setup plan is a one-time $2,000 charge covering implementation, data migration, SSO, and training. Year 1 monthly pricing is $250 per month and includes full access to core modules plus a dedicated success manager. The Year 1 all-in plan is $5,000 per year for the Partner Institution Program. Year 2 is listed at 50% of the published rate, with ongoing upgrades and new module releases included. From Year 3 onward, the listed rate is $1.75 per student per year, billed annually, with the founding-partner rate locked for the life of the relationship. Government agencies, employers, and nonprofits are priced per licensed investigator or coordinator and may require a quote.

Auditability is the platform’s defining strength. Its immutable, append-only audit trail records actions, edits, and access, while source-aware timestamps and chronological evidence linking support structured case review. AI can reconstruct timelines, summarize records, flag inconsistencies, draft interview questions, and help draft reports with source citations; investigators retain decision-making responsibility. SAML, OpenID Connect, SCIM, MFA, and role-based permissions support identity controls, with integrations for Okta, Microsoft Entra ID, Google Workspace, Shibboleth, Splunk, Microsoft Sentinel, Datadog, and Sumo Logic. OnePointe suits organizations that need a complete, traceable investigation record. Smaller teams seeking a simple intake tool or general free access may prefer a narrower alternative.
