Omnify is appointment scheduling and business management software for service-based organizations, including activity centers, fitness studios, swim schools, dance studios, and sports programs. It combines online booking pages with appointment, class, event, and recurring booking management. Customers can browse services, book online, and pay through a published service storefront, while businesses can manage customer profiles, family accounts, waitlists, attendance, check-ins, reminders, and reports.
The plan structure gives smaller operators a way to start without a subscription. Free Forever costs $0 per month, supports up to 2 team members and unlimited bookings, and includes appointments, classes, class packs, and events; it has a 5% transaction fee. Launch Pro costs $49 per month for 2 team members and up to 200 clients, with a 3% transaction fee, class and roster management, and automated emails and alerts. Growth Pro is $149 per month for 5 team members and up to 1,000 clients, reducing the transaction fee to 2% and adding revenue and performance reports. Accelerate Pro costs $349 per month for 10 team members and up to 5,000 clients, with a 1% transaction fee, parties and memberships, and advanced reports. Scale Pro uses custom pricing and includes unlimited clients, a 0.5% transaction fee, custom reporting, and a dedicated success manager.
Its strongest fit is a business that needs more than a simple appointment calendar. Two-way Google Calendar synchronization, waitlists, attendance tracking, online payments, automated booking and payment reminders, and reporting cover the operational needs of classes and group services. Integrations include Google Calendar, Stripe, PayPal, Razorpay, PayTrace, Zoom, and Zapier. Omnify is currently listed for web use, so organizations seeking a mobile app should consider that limitation. Choose it for classes, recurring bookings, events, and service storefronts; choose an alternative if a mobile-first experience is essential or if recurring monthly software costs and transaction fees do not fit the business model.
