Omiser is a restaurant online-ordering platform for independent restaurants, chains, franchises, and high-volume businesses. It provides a branded online ordering shop under the restaurant’s own domain, with pickup and delivery ordering, delivery zones, payment processing, real-time order management, customer CRM, promotions, and analytics. Restaurants can also offer a native iOS and Android app on the Business plan. Omiser positions itself as a commission-free alternative to third-party delivery marketplaces, while stating that it does not provide delivery drivers.

Pricing is structured across three monthly plans. Starter costs €99 per month and includes the online ordering shop, menu images and extras, real-time order management, one delivery zone plus pickup, custom domain and DNS, and online payments. Business costs €149 per month, adding white-label branding, a native iOS and Android app, unlimited delivery zones, CRM and analytics, AI menu import and image generation, customer chat, and reviews. Premium costs €199 per month and adds POS terminal and cash-register integration, AI translation in 8 languages, advanced analytics and reports, custom encryption keys, API access, and a dedicated contact person. A 7-day free trial is available.

The strongest distinction is the combination of ordering operations and AI-assisted menu work. Restaurants can import menus from photos, generate food images, and translate menus, while CRM features include VIP badges and order history. The platform supports web, iOS, Android, and API access, with integrations for Stripe, PayPal, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Google Maps, and POS systems. Starter may suit a single-zone operation, but restaurants needing multiple zones, a branded app, POS connectivity, or advanced controls must move to higher tiers. Teams that need delivery drivers included should choose a different solution.
