OIS DSD Route Accounting brings route planning, van inventory, order capture, and delivery accounting together for wholesale distributors and manufacturers. Sales reps and drivers can plan customer visits, check stock, create invoices, credits, and returns, collect payments, and capture signatures as proof of delivery. Managers have reporting and dashboards for routes, store visits, sales performance, inventory, and transactions. It runs on iOS, Android, and web, with offline access for catalogs, invoices, and orders. The fit is strongest for teams that need field sales and delivery workflows in one system rather than a route planner alone.

The published Order Fulfillment Package costs $199 per month and includes OIS Pro, Inventory, Delivery, Merchandising, Central, and Connect apps for up to four users. Additional users cost $60 per user per month; the package is an annual contract paid monthly. That gives smaller teams a stated starting price, but the per-user charge matters as a delivery operation grows. Phone support is included with unlimited calls during normal business hours, rather than 24/7 coverage.

Its range of accounting and ERP connections is a practical strength for distributors: listed options include QuickBooks Online, QuickBooks Desktop/Enterprise, SAP, SAGE, Peachtree, and NetSuite. Google Maps, Apple Maps, and Waze are also supported. Field workflows extend beyond basic order capture with barcode scanning, invoice printing, mobile CRM, order history, and sales reporting. OIS is worth considering when these route, inventory, transaction, and integration needs belong together; teams that require round-the-clock support or prefer a month-to-month commitment should look elsewhere.
