OEE Explorer is a manufacturing analytics and reporting application from Kanehl Consulting, designed for teams that want to turn Vorne production data into OEE and related performance views. Its dashboards cover OEE, TEEP, availability, performance and quality, alongside downtime, reason-code and reject-reason analysis. Customizable views and reporting across machines and sites make it relevant to production teams that need to examine losses and share operational information, rather than to buyers seeking a general-purpose manufacturing system.

The standout feature is its combination of thirteen customizable dashboards and a drag-and-drop, no-code chart builder. Teams can examine downtime and reject reasons, ERP and per-device costs, and subscribe to emailed reports. Integrations include Vorne XL, SQL Server, PostgreSQL, REST APIs, Excel, SAP, Oracle, Microsoft Dynamics, MQTT, Power BI, Tableau and Apache Superset. Custom API, MQTT and OPC integrations are also listed. The product runs in a web browser and can be deployed in the cloud or on premises, giving plants options for connecting analytics with existing systems.

According to the vendor's pricing page, the Explorer subscription costs $500 per year and includes analytics dashboards and reporting, downtime analysis, OEE and availability metrics, ERP and per-device cost information, and emailed report subscriptions. The one-time Basic license is $6,995 and adds Pulse, Work Tracker, Data Converter, basic user permissions and self-service support. The $12,995 Professional license adds SSO/SAML, role-based access control, API access and multi-site support. A 30-day free trial is available. OEE Explorer suits teams prioritizing configurable production analysis and deployment choice; buyers who need a mobile app should look elsewhere, as access is web-based and a mobile app is not listed.
