Odyssey is an agentic AI workspace from Neptune AI for small teams and organizations that want research, analysis, content creation, and business automation in one cloud workspace. It combines specialized agents with visual drag-and-drop workflows, documents, tables, knowledge bases, connected applications, web search, browser automation, code execution, schedules, webhooks, and human approval steps. Common use cases include lead enrichment, support triage, invoice processing, customer research, reporting, document analysis, and website chat.

Its breadth is the main differentiator. Odyssey can search connected knowledge through semantic retrieval and vector search, work with applications such as Gmail, Slack, Salesforce, HubSpot, Stripe, GitHub, Notion, Shopify, Microsoft 365, and Google Workspace, then pass work between agents across multi-step processes. The free plan includes AI chat and workspace access, basic model comparison, starter agents and tables, and community help and tutorials. Pro adds all AI models, custom agents, workflow building, connected apps, knowledge bases, and Tables; Pro+ adds canvases, Hubs, multi-agent orchestration, an embeddable AI chat widget, and advanced workflow triggers.

The plan structure makes Odyssey suitable for gradual expansion from individual exploration to team automation. Pro Max adds browser automation, higher team limits, priority support, and expanded usage limits, while Enterprise adds SSO, administrative controls, dedicated onboarding, custom integrations, and security and procurement support. The platform is available on the web and through an API. Choose Odyssey if you want a flexible workspace that combines agents, automation, connected data, and approvals. It is less suitable if your needs are limited to a single-purpose automation tool or if advanced browser automation and enterprise controls are required from the outset.
