Octorate is cloud-based hospitality management software for hotels, B&Bs, vacation rentals, apartments, hostels, campsites and property managers. It brings reservations, rooms, guests, housekeeping, invoices and reports into a PMS, while also covering channel distribution, direct booking, payments, guest communication, owner management and revenue tools. Its strongest fit is for larger operators that need many OTA connections alongside day-to-day property operations.

Channel coverage is a central strength. Octorate synchronizes reservations, rates and availability across 160+ OTA channels and partners, including Booking.com, Airbnb, Expedia, Agoda, Vrbo, Google Hotel Ads, Tripadvisor and Trivago. The direct-booking engine adds live availability, multilingual checkout and online payments, while the website builder is available in the Ultimate plan. Automated communication includes Web Concierge, a unified inbox and AI tools. Dynamic pricing uses RMS, AI analysis and market data, and the platform also includes payment processing, cleaning coordination and an owner portal.

The published plans show a modular structure. Pro includes Channel Manager, Booking Engine, PMS Cloud, Web Concierge AI, Metasearch and 7/7 support. Ultimate adds Website Builder, WhatsApp Business and Business Intelligence, along with everything in Pro and 7/7 support. According to the vendor's pricing approach, configurations depend on modules, property or unit count, connected channels and support level, so operators need to contact sales. A 14-day trial is available, but there is no free plan. Octorate should appeal to multi-property businesses seeking a broad operational and distribution system; smaller operators wanting only simple booking or scheduling tools may prefer a narrower platform.
